2. Filing a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

TECHRADAR360 reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith is infringing, even if a formal DMCA notice has not been submitted.
